Q. Do we need to meet with the musicians prior to the event?
A. It is not necessary for us to meet with you before the wedding day. All details can easily be arranged via email and/or phone.

Q. Will the musicians perform outdoors?
A. Yes, we will perform outdoors, however we require adequate protection from sun or inclement weather.

Q. How do the musicians dress?
A. We dress in formal black attire unless otherwise requested.

Q. What do the musicians require at the venue?
A. We require adequate performance space and armless chairs on site.

Q. Will the musicians perform special requests?
A. When suitable for our instrumentation we will play your special requests!

Q. How far are the musicians willing to travel?
A. We generally perform within a 100-mile radius of Portland, Maine. Travel over 100 miles will incur an extra travel fee.

Q. Will the musicians attend the rehearsal?
A. We will not need to attend the rehearsal.

Q. When will the musicians arrive at the venue?
A. We will arrive 30 – 45 minutes prior to our start time.

Q. Will the musicians play at the cocktail hour?
A. We will happily provide background music for your cocktail hour! We play a wide range of styles, including classical, pop, contemporary and folk.

Q. Do the musicians need a sound system?
A. A sound system is not necessary for our ensemble.
